Tandem Health Wins Community Health Worker State Award
On Friday, October 14, the Tandem Health Community Health Workers were recognized as the “Outstanding Community Health Worker Group” at the South Carolina Community Health Worker Association 3rd Annual Community Health Worker’s conference in Columbia, SC.
This award recognizes the outstanding services, dedication, and excellence of individuals and groups of individuals who serve communities in South Carolina as Community Health Workers (CHWs). CHWs are frontline public health worker who are well-trusted individuals in the community and have a close understanding of the communities they serve.
