Agricultural Worker Health Program

Tandem Health partners with the South Carolina Agricultural Worker Health Program (SCAgWHP) to provide comprehensive healthcare services for eligible agricultural workers and their families.

The program offers a wide range of services, including primary care (family practice, internal medicine, OB/GYN, and pediatrics), behavioral and mental health care, dental, vision, podiatry, chiropractic care, laboratory and radiology services, emergency care, and pharmacy services.

In addition to healthcare services, the (SCAgWHP) provides outreach and enabling services such as translation and interpretation, health screenings and assessments, health and social service referrals, follow-up care, basic counseling, health education, and health advocacy.
