Tandem Health Pharmacy Welcomes Kaitlyn Phillips, PharmD, the second pharmacy resident, to the team.

Kaitlyn Phillips graduated from East Tennessee State University, College of Pharmacy. She is a resident with the Tandem Health Pharmacy Residency program. This program is a collaborative partnership between Prisma Health, the USC College of Pharmacy and Tandem Health.
