Tylette Newkirk will serve as an addiction counselor in the Substance Use Disorder (AIR) program. Jasmine has been in practice for ten years. She received both her BS in Psychology and her MA in Rehabilitation Counseling from South Carolina State University. Her medical interests are in Substance Use Disorders and Women’s Issue.
