- Gray has almost three decades of experience in healthcare construction. She decided to pursue this career path after completing a marketing internship at a hospital in Pennsylvania while she was working on her undergraduate degree. She has since earned a Master of Health Administration, as well as Master of Business Administration.
- When she is not working, she enjoys cooking for others, throwing tennis balls to her dog, and being with friends and her daughter. She is known for working hard and hopes that her legacy is one of kindness, compassion, and smiles. She smiles at everyone she sees in an attempt to brighten their day.
