- Allison has three years of midwifery experience and she has known since she was 18 years old that she wanted to work with pregnant women and babies. She was inspired to be a midwife by her aunt who had worked over 20 years as a midwife. Her primary areas of interest are in family planning and prenatal education. She received her bachelors in Anthropology and Public Health from Brandeis University and her Midwifery and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner degrees from Yale School of Nursing.
- In her spare time, she enjoys gardening, baking, exercising, and grocery shopping. She is inspired by powerful and thoughtful women.
